Every psilocybin study worth reading, in one place.
Sixty-three studies on psilocybin, sorted by what they actually looked at and weighted by how much they actually prove. Every entry links straight to the source. We have included the trials that failed, the results that did not replicate, and the ones that undercut what we sell, because a shelf that only holds good news is an advert.Sixty-three studies, graded by how much each proves. The trials that failed are here too.
If you only read five.
A first pass across the territory. The landmark trials, the honest null result, and the safety read that frames all of it.

Three bars, weighted by proof.
Every study on the shelf carries a rating. It grades the design of the study, not whether we like the finding.
Randomised controlled trials and meta analyses. Someone compared psilocybin against a placebo, or pooled every trial that did, and the result held.
Open label trials, long follow ups and large surveys. Real signals that have not yet faced a control group.
Pilots, case reports and animal work. A reason to run a bigger study, not proof that something works in people.
Worth knowing
Two thirds of this shelf is early or moderate. That is the honest state of the field, and it is why null results and failed replications sit alongside the wins.
The research is moving fast. We read it so you can too.
