Capsules
Capsules give the cleanest numbers. A 125mg capsule is 125mg every time, with nothing to cut, so your schedule stays consistent week to week.

Chocolate
Indulge is a full strength chocolate bar. The whole bar holds 3.5g of dried Psilocybe, which works out to 46mg to 63mg total tryptamines at the current batch range.
You can microdose from it, but only by cutting. A 125mg portion, the same as one Clarity capsule, is about one twenty-eighth of the bar. That is hard to cut accurately, so for microdosing we point people to capsules or gummies and keep chocolate for portioned, larger amounts.
