These are by far the BEST I’ve ever had! I mean yes the tummy pain is still there but it subsides FAST! Not only that but I don’t throw up like with traditional! Must be the ginger of course! I always start small one to two first and then if I feel up to it an hour later I’ll take 1 to 2 more and then be golden! I’m experienced so and I did five caps on my second try all at once and that was just so clean and gentle! Though the tummy pain was definitely more prevalent but you can pass it up if you like if you take you capsules like I did my first time (two first then 1 to 2 an hour later after I can feel the initial effects and see how I feel! I wish I had these my very first time back in the day long ago! I’m absolutely astonished!
