What our evidence ratings mean

What they did

What they found

Convergent thinking improved and divergent thinking improved on fluency, flexibility and originality. Fluid intelligence was unchanged.

Worth knowing

Open-label with no placebo and no control group, at an event where everyone knew what they had taken and wanted it to work. The authors say plainly that expectancy cannot be ruled out.
