Every batch of raw product goes to a lab. Here is what those reports actually measure, what the numbers mean, and where they stop short.
Total tryptamines.
Our testing reports total tryptamine content as a percentage of dry weight. That figure covers psilocybin together with its related compounds, psilocin and baeocystin among them.
It does not break out an isolated psilocybin number, so we are not going to publish one. Anyone showing you an exact psilocybin milligram off a standard potency panel is reading it wrong.
Recent grows have come back between 1.3% and 1.8% total tryptamines, which our grower puts above average for the strains we work with.
Read this first
The milligrams on our labels refer to dried mushroom, not isolated compound. A 300mg capsule holds 300mg of dried Psilocybe.
That is why a 300mg capsule cannot contain 300mg of psilocybin. The active fraction is a small percentage of the total, and that percentage is what the lab reports.
Active load per unit.
Applying the 1.3% to 1.8% range to each product gives the figures below. These are calculated from the batch range rather than measured unit by unit, so treat them as a band and not a guarantee. Open any product for the per unit math and to request the report on your batch.

A potency panel tells you combined tryptamines and nothing more granular, so we cannot tell you exactly how much of that is psilocybin versus psilocin.
Potency also drifts between grows and even between individual fruits in the same flush. A band is the honest way to describe it. A single decimal place would not be.
That variability is the whole reason we tell people to start low and wait rather than trusting a number on a page.
